In a Wonderland they lie, Dreaming as the days go by, Dreaming as the summers die:
Ever drifting down the stream- Lingering in the golden gleam- Life, what is it but a dream?

Probiotic Kefir Yoghurt
Due to the massive gash on my ankle becoming infected (eww), the doctor put me on suuuuper strong penicillin antibiotics, which in turn caused me to throw up for 3 days. Fun times. So whilst browsing my local organic health food store (awkwardly on crutches) today, I found this probiotic yoghurt drink.

I chose the strawberries & cream flavour, hoping for some sweetness. But due to the bitter taste and tartness of the kefir grain, I didn’t find it sweet enough to my liking. But I know it’s super good for me, so whatever, sometime that’s just the way it goes.

Living and working with one of Melbourne’s best chefs definitely has a huuuuuuuuuge plus side. Lemon Garlic Chicken with garden pasta salad for dinner. Yum. So full of goodness ♥
Also, I swear that the herbs grown in our garden taste way better than those store brought. Now, I’m just waiting for my tomato plants to get bigger!
